|Recommended: YesI just needed to give some feedback on how amazing Daniel Appel is at the apartments I have been sick for almost two years with an auto immune disease this man goes above and beyond for the residents here. As long as your not breaking rules and being a good resident there is not any issues. This is the first manager in all my years that listens , and fixes issues in a timely manner. and let me tell you he works so hard taking care of tenants and the property I’m very thankful there is still and very few good manager left. When we first moved here it was unkept and had horrible residents you couldn’t walk outside at night without worrying or wonder if your car was gonna get broken into since new owners have taken over and mostly when Daniel got here enforcing changes and making tenants follow the actual rules it’s a wonderful place to live,very family oriented now. Daniel throws events on certain holidays or contests so he owes for Daniel keep up the good work
|Recommended: YesDaniel was nothing but helpful to me in moving in he answered all my questions and is always quick to answer when you need help the apartments are very nice and anything I’ve needed fixed has been done quickly.
|Recommended: YesIf you're looking for affordable living where the office staff and maintenance staff are caring ,get things done properly and in a timely manner then these apartments are just for you Any time I've needed anything fixed in my apartment it has been taken care of either that day or the next. The office staff is very nice.
